Plate recognition
trusted at 3,000+ sites
From large apartment complexes built by leading construction companies to commercial buildings and pay parking lots, Evo LPR Engine keeps learning through deep learning and serves as the eyes of your parking system.
Recognition Video
Recognition performance proven in the field
Image training keeps raising the recognition rate, and updates are as simple as replacing the model file. Missed and misread plates from the field are fed back into retraining.
- All Korean plate typesStandard, 2019 revised, 2020 new and EV plates, with plate-type classification
- Multiple cameras · multiple platesProcesses two or more cameras at once and reads several plates in a single image
- ROI · constant speedSet a region of interest; recognition speed stays the same regardless of image size
- Video recognitionReads plates from live video streams and replaces in-ground loop sensors
- Parallel processing · load balancingChoose computing resources and use them efficiently with multi-processing
- Wide camera supportIP cameras (RTSP·HTTP), GenICam, H/W CODEC, fisheye correction
The recognition engine at the heart of parking control
A parking control system is made of software and hardware. Evo LPR Engine is the core module that reads plate numbers from camera images and passes them to the operating software.
Local software
- Evo LPR EngineProtected as core technology · supplied under license
- Application softwareParking operation software, conditional release planned
Server
- Operated by Core LogicCore Logic runs the servers and provides recognition as a service
- Turnkey licensingThe engine and the entire server software are licensed as a package
Hardware
- Online storePlanned sales of verified equipment: cameras, barriers, detectors, LED matrices, edge terminals and housings
These supply models are planned for the future; detailed terms will be set by agreement.
On site, or on the server
Today most parking systems are local: the engine and operating software run on a PC at each site. Core Logic is also preparing a server model that moves the engine and software to a server and leaves only a small edge terminal on site.
Local · Evo LPR Engine
Site · control room※ Each site has its own PC, where the engine and operating software are installed and managed. It runs entirely on site without an internet connection.
Server · Evo LPR Server
Server · workstation or cloud such as AWS※ A low-cost edge terminal replaces the PC and the server handles recognition. The server and sites are connected over the internet.

A lineup for every site size
Local editions are graded by the number of engine instances that can run at the same time, with the same lineup on Windows and Linux (including embedded). A server version that recognizes many sites in one place is also being prepared.
